Meetings at MBC

MBC has a number of groups and clubs that meet up weekly, monthly, or on an occasional basis. See the information below for details. We're always open to new ideas if you think we're missing something!

Mumbles Afternoon Fellowship

Mumbles Afternoon Fellowship

Thursdays, 2.30pm - 3.30pm

Mumbles Afternoon Fellowship is a time of fellowship for anyone who comes to church in the Mumbles area. We begin with a prayer and a hymn, followed by a short reading and news about the fellowship. We have a different speaker every week, with a message about Christian work in the UK and overseas. We also organise trips and meals for special occasions.

Men's Fellowship

Men's Fellowship Lunch

First Friday every month, 12.30pm - 2pm

Men's Fellowship Lunch is attended by men from our own church and other churches, and we usually number 20 to 25. A lunch is provided for a small charge, and surplus money is given to Christian work in other lands. A message is given on variety of topics with a Christian theme.

House Groups

House Groups

First Wednesday and Thursday every month

House Groups run the first Wednesday and Thursday of every month, in several locations across West Swansea. If you'd like to join a House Group, we'd be delighted to have you. Contact us and we'll get back to you.

Smile Craft and Coffee Morning

Second Wednesday every month, 10am - 12noon

Smile is a charity that shares the love of Jesus by the distribution of humanitarian aid and long-term development projects. We have a Smile craft/coffee morning in the Church one Wednesday morning a month. If you have any craft items (knitting, etc.) that you'd like to donate, we'd be delighted to accept them.

Prayer Meeting and Bible Study

Prayer Meeting and Bible Study

Most Wednesdays evenings, 7.15pm

The Prayer Meeting and Bible Study is an opportunity to give more to God and to receive more from Him. We meet at 7.15pm on most Wednesday evenings, except the first Wednesday of every month. Participation is encouraged, and everyone is welcome whatever your level of Christian maturity.
